About the Product:

Everything in the shop is either handmade or produced in the USA.

Shipping & Handling:

All orders are hand packaged by Simonne. Please allow 3-5 days time for orders to ship, as she is custom printing and hand packing all items to get them to you in the best possible condition. All orders are shipped out through USPS Priority Mail, if you have an alternative shipping preference please reach out through email (art.simonne@gmail.com) prior to placing your order.

A tracking number will be issued once the package has shipped. An invoice will be provided inside the package. All orders are shipped FOB— (meaning “Freight on Board,” please be aware that the buyer will be responsible for any custom and import fees)

Returns/ Exchanges:

Please note that at this time Simonne is unable to accept returns or exchanges. 

If your package arrives damaged please reach out through email (art.simonne@gmail.com) with order details, as well as images of the damaged package and we will try to work something out.
